Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the ZawCloud Images CDN Edge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ZawCloud Images for:

• Distributing illegal, malicious, or infringing digital content.
• Attempting to bypass API rate limits or reverse engineer edge worker binaries.
• Conducting denial of service (DoS) attacks against our Anycast POP infrastructure.

3. Service Availability

ZawCloud Images is provided on an as-available basis. No uptime commitment or service level agreement is offered on any tier, and no service credits are available for downtime.

The service is a transforming proxy: images are fetched from an origin you operate and transformed at edge nodes. Availability therefore depends in part on infrastructure outside our control, including your own origin.

4. Billing & Egress Tariffs

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly according to your selected plan. Overages beyond allocated monthly bandwidth (e.g., $0.08/GB) will be billed at the end of the billing cycle.
